Through 1:1 coaching she helps people navigate the day to day stuff of leading: feedback, boundaries, conflict and the patterns that keep showing up with others. She also designed and co-delivers Coaching for Leadership, an accredited programme that helps leaders and organisations build coaching skills and healthier workplace cultures.
